Payment Options

We accept cash, credit/debit (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), CareCredit, and ScratchPay. Checks are NOT accepted. Payment is due at the time of services.

New Clients

New clients and patients are welcome! We kindly require all new clients to provide a deposit equal to the exam fee for each pet at the time of scheduling. This policy helps ensure availability for pets in need of care. The deposit will be applied toward your invoice at the time of your visit. Deposits can be made in person, over the phone, or digital payment link via text. You may schedule online, or call or email to set up an appointment. If scheduling online, a team member will reach out to you to follow up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.

If you have any previous medical records, please feel free to send them in advance so our team can review prior to your visit and get familiar with your pet’s history. You are also welcome to bring physical copies with you on the day of your appointment.

Pet Insurance

We always recommend having pet insurance for every pet, and we can help you make sure you have everything you need when submitting a claim.
